With a wealth of experience in labor and employment law, Dr. Duhart provides strategic advice and legal support to businesses of all sizes. Her expertise ensures that our clients receive the highest level of guidance, allowing them to make informed decisions and effectively manage their employment-related legal matters.

Dr. Duhart earned her JD, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Tennessee Law Review. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. Dr. Duhart serves on the board of Valor Collegiate Academies.
